Subject:

We aimed to show the relationship of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH), left ventricular diastolik disfunction (DDF), QT dispersion (QTcd) as non invaziv arrytmia shower.

Methods:

In this work there were totally 76 patints as 24 male and 52 female, we made two groups as echocardiographically hypertrophic (n=39) and nonhypertrophyc (n=37), QTc dispersion was made to the all patients as 48 hour.

Results:

ln 48 hour holter monitorisation, in 18 patients (23%) in 12 patients (15%) Lown 2-3 Ventricular Arrythi- (VA), in 10 patients (13%) malignant VA was meaning-fully differences as Lown 2-3 VA (p>0.05). In the group that DDF was pasitive, malignant Va was much in contrast to the group DDF was negative (p<0.05). Between the groyps there was no meaningfully differences in QTcd values (p>0.05). The phenomena that were QTcd>50 Lown 2-3 VA risk is increases.

Conclusion:

In hypertrophic and DDF positive patients, malignant VA risk in increases. Morover, in patients have longer QTcd Lown 2-3 VA risk is increases.
