Gastrointestinal system duplication of which difuse intestinal presentation

Gastrointestinal system duplications, are rare and congenital anomalies which may occur in place from oropharenx to anus. In generally they are spherical cystic thatfound injejenum and ileum. The disease can be diagnosed generally at earlier years of life or can be asymptomatic up to adults years. We presented 35 years old man with pylor stenosis. While we were operating him, saw incidentally jejunal duplications that cystic and involving langer segments. We didn 't perform resection because of involving langer jejunal segment and being asymptomatic.
