Chronic hepatocerebral degeneration is a disease affecting neurologic,hepatic or both of these systems.Clinical presentation includes neuropsychiatric symptoms, like ata.xia, chorea, bradykinesıa myoclonus, dystonia andı t can also includes a combination ofthese proofs. Improvements in neuroradiology showed that patients with liver impairment have hyperintens signals an putamen,pallidum and rarely an mesencephalon on MR, Tl Weight slides.Astrocitic dif.ferantation and manganese staragement are accused in ethiology.

We introduce two case with hepatocerbral de generatian presenting itself with ınvoluntary movements like chorea and cloudy conscious.
